A significant lorry accident has led to the closure of the A15 in both directions in Lincolnshire this morning. The incident occurred at Caenby Corner, near Market Rasen at the Willoughton turn-off, disrupting the normal traffic flow in the region.

Lorry Accident Brings Traffic to Standstill

As recovery efforts begin, traffic in and around the A15 is at a standstill. According to Inrix, a traffic monitoring system, the accident resulted in a lorry and possibly other vehicles, though the exact number of vehicles involved is yet to be confirmed. As a result, there is a build-up of queuing traffic, which was reported first at 7.10 am today.
