A Man Sentenced Following a Spree of Thefts in Lincolnshire
A 21-year-old man has been punished following a string of retail thefts along the Lincolnshire coast. Blake Holmes-Parker of Trunch Lane, Chapel St Leonards was sentenced after he was apprehended in Ingoldmells on September 29.
Officially charged with 13 separate counts of theft, Holmes-Parker was promptly held in custody and was brought before Lincoln Magistrates' Court on the following day. The thefts took place in a series of locations including Chapel St Leonards, Ingoldmells and Boston between July 29 and September 27 of the current year.
Details of the Thefts
The targeted shops were not confined to a single area but spread across multiple locations in Lincolnshire. Among the shops, Tesco in Boston, Silver Beach Supermarket in Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, a local shop in Sea Road, Chapel St Leonards and The Red Shopping Centre in Sea Lane, Chapel St Leonards were the places where Holmes-Parker carried out his thefts.
Sentence Delivered
After considering the total impact and severity of the crimes, Holmes-Parker was given a 22-week prison sentence, which was suspended for 12 months. In addition, he was ordered to pay a fine of £200.

PC Billy Spence, the investigating officer, stated that the police force will continue working on proactive patrols, tracking offenders and cooperating with local businesses to prevent future crimes.
