Springfields Unveils Annual Winter Wonderland
Winter Wonderland, the celebrated annual event, is now again taking place at the Springfields Outlet Shopping & Leisure in Spalding. This year, it's featuring a million-bulbs journey of lights in the Festival Gardens, available to be enjoyed by adults for £4 and children for £1.
A New and Improved Walk
The festival has returned with an improved, lengthier touring path. This year's Winter Wonderland has new attractions like a neon tunnel entryway and several other unique zones. Springfields has further enhanced the experience by adding more decorations across its 55 stores, ready for the Christmas shopping season.
Featuring Momotaro Garden
Among the fresh inclusions this year is the Momotaro Garden. This Japanese design show garden offers a serene trail, adding a tranquil ambience to the Winter Wonderland experience.
Other Highlights of the Festival
Other attractions include a towering 12-metre Christmas tree and a 36-meter light tunnel, twinkling with 10,000 bulbs.
All Proceeds to Support Lincolnshire NHS Charity
Proceeds earned from the Winter Wonderland walk will be donated to the Lincolnshire NHS Charity, which is also Springfields' charity for the year. The funds will provide direct support to Spalding's Johnson Community Hospital. The tickets can only be purchased online in advance, via the Springfields website.
"The Winter Wonderland Walk has become an annual tradition for many families and is a must-see every year at Springfields as part of the Christmas shopping experience. Our longest and best walk yet promises to be unforgettable with new light features, whilst benefiting the local community by helping raise funds for an important cause," said Adam Whittaker, spokesperson for Springfields.
Timings and Dates
This year's Winter Wonderland event at Springfields has opened on November 3 and will continue through December 23.
