Definitely Maybe 30 Years: Liam Gallagher's UK Tour in 2024
In a celebrated announcement made three decades since the release of the influential Oasis album 'Definitely Maybe', Liam Gallagher has teased fans with his intention of embarking on a UK tour in 2024.
The note of this remarkable event was sparked by a set list shared by Gallagher and the mention of the album as part of Radio 2's most downloaded of the nineties.
The 2024 Tour: A First-Time Performance
For the first time in history, Liam will be performing the 'Definitely Maybe' album in its entirety. The tour is not just confined to this; it will also include select B-sides from that era. Tickets for the scheduled tour are set to be available from Friday.
Tour Across UK and Homecoming Shows
Commencing in Sheffield, the tour will move across to London, Cardiff, and Glasgow, with Dublin also included in the schedule. Alongside these key locations, three significant homecoming shows at Manchester's newly made Co-Op Live Arena have been reported.
"I'm bouncing around the house to announce the Definitely Maybe Tour. The most important album of the ‘90s bar none. I wouldn't be anywhere without it and neither would you, so let’s celebrate together LG x"
Liam Gallagher showed his excitement towards the upcoming tour.
The Announcement Details
Beyond his already famed and large scale Knebworth Park shows, the 'Definitely Maybe 30 Years' tour aims to break records. Gallagher's ambition once again shines brightly with the tour's announcement, set to exceed the scale of his previous performance.
Scheduled to perform classic tracks such as 'Rock ‘n’ Roll Star', 'Live Forever', 'Supersonic', and 'Cigarettes & Alcohol', the shows will also provide a rare opportunity to hear album tracks that have scarcely been performed since the mid-‘90s, including 'Up In The Sky' and 'Digsy’s Dinner'.
Tickets for the shows can be purchased from Ticketmaster from 9AM on Friday 20 October.
