Major Development to Transform Lincolnshire Village
A significant development is set to transform the village of Manthorpe, near Grantham, with the construction of 480 new homes, a primary school, and a neighbourhood centre.
Manthorpe Chase Development
The mixed tenure development, called Manthorpe Chase, will be located on land north of Longcliffe Road in the village. Allison Homes, the housebuilder behind the project, has acquired the land and will begin work on the £95m development this summer.
The first open market homes are expected to be available for property seekers around May next year. The development has been in the works since 2015, with various amendments made to the proposals over the years.
Investment in Local Services
A total of £5.3m will be invested in supporting the area's NHS, education services, cycleways, and off-site highways improvement works. This investment will be provided by Allison Homes.
