Pensioner Charged in Sexual Assault Case

Pensioner from Fenton Charged with Several Sexual Offences

In a recent report, a 73-year-old man from Fenton has been apprehended and charged with multiple sex offences and violation of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. The pensioner, identified as David Hunter from Kettlethorpe Road, was taken into police custody following an allegation of a disturbing event that occurred on a bus travelling between Lincoln and Boston.

The victim reported the shocking incident to Lincolnshire Police on 13th October. Following investigations, Hunter was arraigned with charges including two counts of sexual assault on a female, two counts of stalking leading to serious distress and four instances of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

The court hearing took place at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 26th October. The verdict resulted in Hunter being held in custody and the case was moved to Lincoln Crown Court, with the next hearing scheduled for the coming month.
