Suspected Poachers Arrested Near Lincolnshire Marina
Four men have been taken into custody by the Lincolnshire police under suspicion of poaching activities, near a marina in Lincolnshire. The arrests were made in the early hours of October 2, after the police were alerted to a 4x4 vehicle reportedly driving recklessly through Apley fields, close to Lincoln.

The 4x4 was intercepted on the A57, near Burton Waters, and the quartet from Doncaster, aged 18, 19, 21 and 22, was arrested. They are suspected of trespassing with the intention to poach during night-time. Furthermore, their vehicle was confiscated, alongside four dogs, currently under the care of a special team, per a spokesperson from the force.
Arrestees Released on Bail
Following their arrests, the men underwent police interviews and have since been released on bail. It is clear that poaching offences are taken seriously by Lincolnshire police.
