Turtle Bay Launches First Lincolnshire Location
Caribbean-flavoured restaurant and bar, Turtle Bay, has officially announced the opening date for its first-ever Lincolnshire branch. Located in Lincoln's Cornhill, the doors to the new venue will open on Friday, September 22.
An Exciting New Addition to Cornhill
Occupying a formidable 6,145 sq ft area within the recently renovated Lincoln Central Market, the 218 cover bar and restaurant includes a specially dedicated first-floor rum bar and roof terrace. The new site marks an exciting addition to Lincoln's burgeoning food and drink scene.
Famous Menu Items on Offer
Turtle Bay will bring its signature mix of rum, reggae, and jerk, along with an all-day feasting menu. The inclusive menu features numerous vegan and vegetarian dishes, making sure there is something for everyone. The renown bottomless brunch offer, which includes unlimited cocktails, mocktails, Red Stripe, and prosecco for a two-hour duration, will also be available at the new Lincoln branch.
"It's not long now until we bring the magic of the Caribbean to Lincoln city centre," said Phil Dukelow, operations manager at Turtle Bay.
Behind-the-Scenes Work Ongoing
Dukelow continued: "With just over one week to go, we can't wait to open the doors to our fantastic new home, and our first-ever site in Lincoln. There's plenty happening behind the scenes in preparation for opening our doors on September 22, and the team is working tirelessly to provide the people of Lincoln with a taste of the Caribbean."
Dukelow also confirmed that bookings are now open, and the team at Turtle Bay eagerly anticipates the restaurant's grand unveiling.
