Unclaimed £1,000,000 Lotto Prize: A Quest For The Lucky Lincolnshire Ticket Holder
The quest is on in Lincolnshire to find the owner of an unchecked Lotto ticket, worth a life-changing amount of £1,000,000.
This winning Lotto ticket, bought in East Lindsey district, matched five numbers and the Bonus Ball during the September 13, 2023 draw. The golden numbers that day were 7, 10, 23, 29, 31, 42 and the Bonus Ball was 6, a combination worth a cool million to whoever is holding the ticket.
Deadline For Claiming The Prize
The holder of the lucky ticket has until March 11 in the coming year to claim their fortune. If not claimed within this window, the unclaimed prize money, together with any accumulated interest, will be redirected towards National Lottery-funded projects throughout the UK.
Claiming the Prize
Should one have lost their ticket but believes they have a genuine claim, they can submit a claim in writing to Camelot within 30 days of the draw.
Andy Carter, senior winners' advisor at The National Lottery said: "We are desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings. This amazing prize could really make an enormous difference to somebody’s life! We’re urging anyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old Lotto tickets again - the easiest way to do this is via the National Lottery app."
Search Operation for the Winning Ticket
National Lottery is encouraging everyone who purchased a ticket in the East Lindsey district to go over it once more. It is speculated that the valuable piece might be lying unattended in pockets, wallets, bags or even down the back of a sofa.
Checking the Ticket
To verify the winning numbers, ticket holders can use the National Lottery app. The app also allows users to scan retail tickets to check if they're winners. Aside from the app, tickets can also be checked online at national-lottery.co.uk, or in retail outlets.
