Young Woman Dies in Major Lincolnshire Road Crash

A tragic road accident has claimed the life of a young woman in Lincolnshire. The two-vehicle collision occurred on a major county thoroughfare, the A52, near Boston.

Details of the Incident

The incident took place just shy of 4 pm, on November 6, involving a grey Dacia Sandero and a silver Ford Kuga. The Sandero, driven by a woman in her 20s, was reported to be travelling towards Boston, while the Kuga was heading towards Skegness from Boston.

Tragically, the young woman who was driving the Sandero died at the scene. Her family has been duly informed of the catastrophe.

Injuries from the Accident

Apart from this grave loss, the crash left a passenger from the same vehicle with suspected serious injuries. They were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. The Ford Kuga’s solitary occupant and driver were also injured and required hospitalisation.

Appeal for Information

A representative for Lincolnshire Police elaborated that the enquiry is presently being conducted by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit who have appealed to the public for any relevant information.

The police spokesperson said, "Officers are looking for any witness or individual who may have seen either vehicle as it journeyed on the A52 towards Croft Bank. Also, any person who might have captured either vehicle on their dashcam or anyone who possesses any information that could benefit their inquiries should contact them."
